HMO Fire Door Assessment London

Fire door assessments focus specifically on compartmentation doors — typically bedroom and risk-room FD30/FD30S sets in HMOs. We inspect each doorset for correct specification, seals, closers, ironmongery and installation gaps. This is a different service from a Fire Risk Assessment: the FRA looks at overall fire strategy for the building; the fire door assessment proves (or remediates) the doors that strategy relies on. Many landlords need both — we can sequence FRA first, then door survey where the FRA identifies door defects.
